A recommended registration payment is $20. Anyone may attend at no cost by selecting this option in the registration. Attendees may also choose to cover the cost of additional registrations when they sign up. Their extra payments will be used anonymously to help others attend at no charge. Our hope is that this keeps the conference accessible to all who wish to attend.

Lunch will be provided to all attendees in the Union Ballroom. We ask that you stay with us for lunch, as exciting programing will be offered at that time. Coffee, tea, and water as well as pastries will also be offered during morning and afternoon breaks.

Childcare will be available for children ages 4 - 12. Please note your needs for childcare in the registration section.

Parking attendants will also be able to help you register your car at Lot G when you arrive on campus but we recommend taking care of this detail in advance.
PARKING DIRECTIONS
You have two parking options based on how well you know JMU’s campus. Volunteer greeters and orange balloons will guide the way between both parking lots and the Union Ballroom.
Parking Option 1: NEW VISITORS
If you are new to campus, Godwin Hall Parking Lot (Parking Lot G) by the JMU BOOKSTORE has the most direct route to the Union Ballroom.
To access Godwin Hall Lot/Parking Lot G:
If using a navigation app on your phone, type “JMU Bookstore” into the search. *Make sure you are entering campus on Bluestone Drive from Port Republic Road. Do not use other entrances to campus, as certain roads will be blocked off during school hours.*
1. Enter JMU’s campus at the Newman Lake Gate, located at the intersection of Port Republic Road and Bluestone Drive.
2. Drive a half mile to the first stoplight on Bluestone Drive.
3. Turn left into Godwin Hall Lot/Parking Lot G.
4. Park in a standard space.
5. Immigrant Leadership Summit Greeters will be there to help you find your parking spot, and look for orange balloons.
Parking Option 2: FOR THOSE FAMILIAR WITH CAMPUS Please park in the Mason Street Parking Deck, Levels 3 – 5, to leave space for first time visitors in Parking Lot G.
1. Enter the garage at 715 S. Mason Street (do not enter on M.L.K. Jr. Way)
2. Please park in a standard space in this garage on levels 3, 4, or 5.
3. It will take you 10 minutes to park and walk down to the Union. Please leave enough time to make it to the Union Ballroom between 8:30 - 8:50 for registration.
